1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and contracts for digital products, software, downloads and licenses provided through ClipCraft Studios.

2. Contracting party

The contract is concluded with ClipCraft Studios, Owner: [YOUR NAME], [ADDRESS].

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation or activation of the digital product.

4. Digital products and licenses

The products offered are digital content, software, downloads or time-limited or permanent usage rights. Licenses may be linked to a customer account, email address or Twitch user.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in euros. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout, especially PayPal. Free products are activated without a payment process.

6. Delivery

Digital products, downloads and licenses are provided in the customer account after successful payment or activation.

7. Usage rights

The customer receives a simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use. Sharing, renting, publishing license keys or bypassing technical protection measures is not permitted.

8. Right of withdrawal for digital content

For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire if the customer expressly agrees that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires and confirms that this causes the loss of the right of withdrawal.

9. Availability and updates

We strive to provide stable availability. Short maintenance periods, technical disruptions or adjustments cannot be completely excluded.

10. Liability

We are liable according to statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the typically foreseeable damage.

11. Final provisions

German law applies. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
